Job Purpose
At Unilever Food Solutions, our purpose is to Free Chefs to love what they do. We work with Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers to create exciting menus that are good for diners, and good for the planet. Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, be able to understand the customer business to capture growth opportunity, analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities and challenges, converting the insight to solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct product testing, and ideation workshops in coordinate with Chef & related support function team
- Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer needs and market insights. Collaborate with internal and technical teams (Chef, Marketing, CD, R&D and QA) to develop and implement customized product offerings and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between key accounts and internal and external stakeholders.
- Be able to lead the team, provide coaching and guidance, prioritize and focus team to deliver on business impact
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification:
- 5-7 years of experience in key account management
- Experience in FMCG business; Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred
- Experience in food service in full-service restaurant, quick service restaurants are preferred
Skill:
- Strong problem-solving skills and structural thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the foodservice market and customer needs.
