About Sunsilk 

Sunsilk is one of the billion-euro brand for Unilever, housed under the Beauty and Wellbeing division. As a cornerstone brand for hair category, the agenda on Sunsilk is to drive growth and reassert our leadership as a true hair care brand. Sunsilk, while a global brand, behaves extremely local with sizeable footprints in LATAM, SEA, SA and Middle east/Turkey. In these markets our ambition is to build strong brand experiences that drive growth and brand power. 

Sunsilk is the largest B&W brand in SEA+I (€356Mn), a profitable growth accelerator and bedrock of the portfolio expansion: consistently growing faster than UL portfolio in the last years and above market with strong bottom line. SEA&I is a citadel for Sunsilk, being the second biggest region for the brand and market leader #1 brand, with healthy Brand Power in all markets. Sunsilk is the cornerstone brand in SEA&I, being present in reaching 5/10 households across the region. Our ambition is to Future-Proof our Leadership in the region, becoming a €500m by 2027 and make this a culture in, social first desirable brand.  

Main responsibilities in Innovation will include:

  • Support day project management and E2E deployment of global innovation projects across SEA (Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines).
  • Support communication & engagement activities with a strong focus on digital and social first while ensuring OTIF delivery on essential communication & content assets, adaptation of communication assets for key market airing.
  • Support the Deployment of best-in-class Brand Experience Toolkits across SEA using a centralized engagement framework (ATL, cohorts, and media that matters (other say, digital, Tik Tok, etc).
  • Lead monthly team engagement, fostering team bonding and shared learnings.

We need someone who:

  • Strong passion for consumer understanding.
  • High bias for action with an ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Has strong communication skills, can articulate a clear point of view, and share it with key internal and external stakeholders across functions.
  • Is curious and has empathy: someone who asks the right questions, is externally focused and obsessed with trying to understand consumers better.
  • Is a natural team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Be bold in thought and brave in action. Have a healthy disregard for status quo.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, whilst remaining agile and reactive.
  • A positive can-do attitude, rigour, and ability to hold yourself (and others) accountable.
  • Excellent written and spoken business English.
