Main Responsibilities

INSIGHT:

  • Understand deeply Savoury, Dressings insights and foresights-- from trends to tensions, opportunities and competition.
  • Work closely with country team such as local category team and operator experience marketing to understand the Customer Experience (CX).
  • Craft the research brief for CMI team

CATEGORY STRATEGY & ROADMAP:

  • Define Regional Future growth strategy for Savoury, Dressings or assigned categories to capitalize trends and tailwinds, or fix the tensions
  • Building & consolidating 12Q Plan for innovation, renovation and BLGs
  • Champion in tracking regional funnel value and ensure projects are on track
  • Monitor overall SEASA portfolio and analysis for room to grow, harmonize or simplify
  • Design highly competitive 6P’s to drive sustainable growth and future-proof our business

INNOVATION & REJUVENATION:

  • Lead innovation, renovation and BLG project from START to Launch, PLE (Post Launch Evaluation)
  • Develop operator-relevant, winning 6Ps of Top 10/Future 3:
  • Develop strong purpose-driven propositions & selling stories – Needs/Solutions
  • Design & craft exceptional product & packaging experiences, including artwork in line with global guidelines
  • Develop campaign ideas with agency partners based on the global guidelines
  • Create online and offline launch plans for high impact conversion-driven Operator Journeys, including 7OA

EXECUTION:

  • Project & Stakeholders management
  • Lead project network
  • Lead innovation & renovation launch to land smoothly in the countries
  • Lead PLE’s & course correction as relevant
  • Effective management of BMI

LEADERSHIP AND ENGAGEMENT:

  • Regional champion & key contact person to global team
  • Official host for SEA category marketing meetings (Updates, Training)
  • Ensure full alignment of Category Strategy and plans across the UFS teams
  • Ensure rigorous tracking, course correction, and co-ownership across region
  • Key Stakeholders: Local category team, R&D, SC, Investor Boards, Global Team, CMI

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • 3+ years Marketing experience. Direct experiences in food service is advantage.
