Job Tittle: Finance Executive

Location: Vientiane Capital, Laos

Department: Finance

Role Overview:

In line with our agenda to grow the business year on year, we have a lot of development and expansion plan in the pipeline. In order to effectively support and maintain these expansion plan, having a dedicated resources to focus on ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the business is very crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and review monthly invoices submitted by other departments to ensure compliance to company’s policies

• Review travelling claims and other claims/reimbursements against company’s policies

• Issue tax receipts weekly to distributors

• Filing management – debit notes, supplier and sales invoices, tax receipts, contracts

• Go to Social Security Office, tax department for related payments, and banks

• Perform related administrative works – copy, scan, print documents

• Send Account Payable confirmation to suppliers monthly, cash advance confirmation with employee

• Support existing Finance team as required 

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields

• Proficient in English, computer skills and Microsoft Excel

• Strong Communication skill, Time Management, and stakeholder engagement

• Commitment, Accuracy, Efficiency and Accountability

• Willing to learn Finance Accounting and grow with organization.

• Demonstrate willing to learn with positive mindset

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
