JOB PURPOSE:

The Logistics Performance & Process Analyst is responsible for analysing and optimising logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This role involves leveraging data analysis, process engineering, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement within the supply chain. The role will focus on Primary and Inbound Transportation and network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Lead analytics and insight part of logistics / Supply chain projects. Based on a given problem statement, able to articulate and conduct meaningful data analysis to guide for solution findings and resolution.

• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to logistics operations. partners business by delivering proper insight and trustful data 

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize logistics workflows.

• Technology Integration: Utilize advanced analytics tools and software to enhance data analysis capabilities and support logistics planning. Is able to get processes automated and eliminate repetitive activities for the larger logistics team. 

• Project Management: Lead and manage logistics projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of initiatives.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.

• Project Management: Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to manage complex changes initiatives.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics data analysis or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, and VBA advanced knowledge.

• Advance knowledge of OTM.

• Strong understanding of Supply chain processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
