JOB PURPOSE:
In this role you will drive HR excellence through operationswith a problem-solving mentality and operationally focused mindset.
This role will operationally lead the IC Separation in America ensuring legal compliance, timings and process are rigorously accomplished.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the LATAM HR Core strategy in alignment with global priorities and local business needs. Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders on all matters related to core HR operations.
Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of core processes (Hire, Exit, Moves) with a focus on automation, compliance, and service-level adherence. Drive standardization and optimization across countries.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the LATAM Core team to deliver high performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and Global teams to manage volumes, capacity planning, and new demands without compromising service quality.
Project Ownership: lead regional and global HR CI initiatives. Ensure timely implementation and change management.
Governance & Compliance: Oversee the validation of data and documentation in accordance with country-specific legal requirements, SOPs, and SLAs. Maintain 100% compliance in process documentation and training materials.
Data & Insights: Leverage analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with the Data Lead to develop HUB calendars and reporting frameworks that support decision-making.
Responsible for Workday set up and integration with Payroll vendors.
Responsible the E2E benefits process, starting with the billing process to the vendor through to the delivery of the benefit to the employee.

SKILLS:
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information real-time.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in using live chat/ case management platforms and HR information systems (Workday and Service now would be advantageous)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to quality and adherence to defined SLA
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across various hubs/locations.
Ability to navigate new technologies
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of Workday and payroll processes
Experience managing cross-country operations in Americas countries (US, CA, MX, BR, EC)
Proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Familiarity with Adobe and digital documentation tools
Manage the employee transfer to the new company including: document generation (contracts/ company change documents / exit documents), mass data migration into Workday system, benefits, etc.
