Unilever is currently hiring for Tea Brand Lead
Location: Grha Unilever, Indonesia
As Brand Lead for SariWangi, you will shape the future of one of Indonesia’s most iconic and loved tea brands. You’ll own the brand agenda end‑to‑end—setting strategy, driving innovation, and delivering flawless execution—to delight Indonesian households while accelerating sustainable growth.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams and leading creative and media agency partners, you’ll bring powerful consumer‑led ideas to life and drive strong commercial results, grounded in deep insight and disciplined P&L thinking.
What You’ll Do
Define and deliver ambitious brand and media strategies to unlock penetration and brand equity growth
Lead the Innovation & Renovation (I&R) pipeline, ensuring on‑time, impactful launches that consumers love
Orchestrate integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, and shopper channels
Own key P&L levers—pricing, mix, and A&M investment—using a test‑and‑learn mindset
Inspire, coach, and develop junior marketers while collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D
What You’ll Need
5–7 years of FMCG brand management experience (tea or beverages strongly preferred)
Strong digital, social, and e‑commerce marketing capabilities, with confidence using data and analytics
Proven experience leading innovation and end‑to‑end campaigns
Solid financial acumen and ability to lead agencies effectively
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
