MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive effective performance management and business partnering the Personal Care ID Commercial Lead and BU GM. 

Performance Management   

  • Enable delivery of target framework (top & bottom line, cash, competitiveness and any other identified KPIs) 

  • Lead resource allocation across P&L lines within agreed BU target framework   

  • Drive F4G savings and Gross Margin improvement plans   

  • Ensure a sustainable business growth and healthy financial achievement   

  • Drive insightful analytics and high-quality performance reviews  

  • Own Financial forecast and reduce error and bias   


Value Business Partnering   

  • Lead overall Finance business partnering for the BU 

  • Responsible for setting up financial framework to Operating plan for following year, as well as long-term strategic plan for the business unit 

  • Embed NRM agenda in operation.  

  • Business partner to CSP to define channel growth and investment strategy across countries within the BU 

  • Business partner to BU SC to drive strategic SC initiatives enabling build-back of gross margins for the BU 

  • Drive initiatives to optimize TTS, BMI and ROMI  

  • Lead M&A initiatives on behalf of the BU 


Organization & Talent Catalyst   

  • Lead team of finance business partners 

  • Develop and coach direct finance teams to build high performance culture   

  • Strengthen the finance network and connectivity. 


CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Experience & Qualification 

  • Proven experience of driving strategic initiatives as well as performance management roles 

  • BU Finance for a BU, country or a one Unilever unit 

  • Team leadership of multiple direct and indirect reports 

  • Stakeholder management across countries, functions, and global teams 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Cross-Finance experience (e.g. FET, SCF, CDF, Controllers) highly desirable
