Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  • Industrial Relations: Manage proactive-positive discussions with employees, representatives (union) and government to build conducive working environments

  • Policy Implementation: Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of existing and new policies in line with employment law and assist audit process related with HR policies and processes.

  • Industrial Case: Facilitate discussions between employees and manager to minimize any grievances that will impact employee productivity

  • Report & Government: Provide regular report to government in compliance with labor law and local regulations

  • Health & Wellbeing: Manage the implementation of occupational health including operational of Company Clinic/Doctor, medical checkup and follow up, compliance related with employee health regulations and promote employee wellbeing

  • Facility Management: Provide proper facilities (including building, uniform, transport, etc) for employees to work following government regulations, safety requirements and company standards. This responsibility includes managing third party related with Facility Management (vendor, procurement process, etc).

  • People Partner: Support employees needs as per company standards to ensure every employee has had best experiences in working with the company

  • Business Partner: Support Business Leaders in respective functions to ensure business initiatives had smooth implementation align with company regulations

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on Industrial Relations

  • Experience managing relationships with the Union and managing Industrial Case Dispute.

Skill

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in using HR management tools and systems.

Additional Information

This position will be part of the future Ice Cream Organization. Please be aware that by applying this position you will be subject transfer to the new entity. Due to legal reason, this position is only open to Indonesian nationals.
