Job Responsibilities:
Lead & Orchestrate End to End In-Year Topline Performance Management :Including quarterly growth planning, monthly forecasting process, dynamic resource allocation and budgeting.
Partner to CSP (Customer Strategy & Planning) on navigating in year topline performance delivery & field force investment.
Performance & Analytics :Navigate business decision through proactive insight & analytics to optimize business growth opportunity
Investment review to optimize spending effectiveness and sharper investment decision
Job Qualification:
Experience & Qualification
Relevant experiences preferred (e.g. FMCG, Finance Partnering, FP&A, etc.)
Good commercial sense and logical intelligence with good financial/accounting understanding.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skill
Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle big data & translate it into business insights.
Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across stakeholders from differing functions.
Excellent Microsoft Office & Excel, able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.
