What can you expect from the role?

Main Responsibilities

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • As the Assistant Dcommerce Operation & Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations and performance tracking with the main responsibilities as follow :

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily activities across our dCommerce platforms to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

  • Target & Budget Consolidation: Collaborate with Business Units (BUs) toconsolidate targets and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on including Sell-In, Sell-Out, Days of Inventory (DOI), Store Metrics, and other Dcommercechannel-specific KPIs.

  • Financial Oversight: Track financial performance and monitor budget utilization to ensure cost efficiency and ROI

  • Innovation Networkingliaise with cross – functional team for New Product Launch Timeline and readiness, as well as tracking Innovation Performance

  • Automated Reporting: Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Team to develop and implement automated reporting systems that enhance data accuracy, timeliness, and decision-making efficiency

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 2-year's experience in CD, previous exposure inDcommerce will be added value

  • Has been in current position for minimum of 2 years 

  • Holds a bachelor's degree from any Major

  • Familiarity with data automation tools and collaboration with analytics teams is a plus.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Skill

  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Agile, proactive, and curious. 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and KPI reporting.

  • Strong commitment and results oriented. 

  • Strong in project management & data acumen

  • Strong influencing. communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience in being accountable for Target delivery. 

  • Excellent Excel/Presentation skills and Analytical Skills 

  • Good Communication Skills and able to work in fast paced environment and manage timelines
