JOB PURPOSE:

Magnum is one of the most growing ice-cream brand and the growth engine for the Ice Cream Company. In addition to its contribution to growth, it’s also one of Unilever’s strongest brands and consumed by millions of people worldwide. Magnum is known to be the undisputed global icon of true pleasure - that delivers the most premium & indulgent adult ice cream & chocolate pleasure. 

As Magnum AMB, you will be stepping into a role that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning on strategical thinking, shaping you to be a well-rounded Marketeers. This is a challenging role which rewards those with exceptional brand crafting skills, a genuinely entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to connect with a wide team and win together. This role comes with great empowerment, trust and responsibility as you will be responsible not only for crafting brand campaigns, but also building innovations for our consumers. It will suit an ambitious brand crafter who is looking to make a meaningful final step on their journey to become a Brand Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand the Ice Cream competitive landscape and assist in building the brand strategy to deliver growth

  • Act as the guardian of the brand through Brand Guidelines implementation in both ATL & BTL 

  • Lead OTIF NPD deployments as the key to Portfolio Transformation

  • Lead Brand Campaign Development and Executions, including Social Media Strategy and Executions

  • Lead cross-functional team for any innovation/renovation projects (R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, CMI, Sales)

  • Working closely with Regional & Global Team to drive innovations and communication strategy

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-4 years’ experience in Brand Marketing (4-5 years overall)

  • Experience with a luxury/premium brand is a plus

  • Experience in Ice Cream/F&B/Snack category is a plus 

  • Hunger to learn & succeed

  • High growth mindset

  • Good business acumen with analytical skillset, end-to-end understanding to P&L and operations

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream businesswhich is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
