MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant Innovations Design Manager supports the delivery of Homecare’s renovation and innovation agenda and Big Bold Moves for the Philippines. The role plays a pivotal part in transforming the PH Fab Enhancers portfolio by translating strategic innovation plans into impactful, consumer-centric solutions that drive business growth.
The role is responsible for crafting marketing mixes that are relevant in both the short and long term. This includes planning for in-market pivots alongside locking in the twelve-quarter innovation roadmap. Responsibilities span network management, co-creation with global teams, and development of locally crafted mixes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Market & Consumer Insight: Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers and competitors – the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels and target audience. Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis and insight generation.
Innovation Strategy: Support the development of a strong brand strategy, including identification of gaps and growth opportunities within the market, clear brand differentiation, and well-crafted portfolio and mix, giving the brand both short and long term wins. Adapt global strategies to local relevance while maintaining brand consistency. Influence stakeholders, especially global teams, to align on innovation priorities and execution.
Innovations Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of innovation and renovation projects, from concept development to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility, speed and impact. Monitor portfolio performance and course-correct or optimize.
Marketing Mix: Craft robust communication strategy for brand campaigns with convincing and appealing assets, delivering single minded messaging to consumers in the most effective channels for the target audience. Close coordination with the Brand Performance Team for deployment and support to ensure brand is competitive across the 6Ps
Financial & Performance Management: Own the business case for the innovation/renovation project and ensure alignment with financial guardrails. Support post-launch review. Budget management including overheads and NWM.
