We are now looking for oneKey Account Manager to join our Retail Customer Development team in Solna focusing on the acceleration of growth for our Beauty & Wellbeing and Personal Caretogether with some of the key customers in the Swedish retail, Value channel and eCom market.
What you will be doing?
In your role as a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with and report to a Senior Key Account Manager who has the main ownership of the customer and category. You will also cooperate with several key functions within Unilever: Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Planing, Finance and Field Sales.
To succeed in this role, you need attention to detail, you deliver your tasks ‘On time, In full’, you enjoy preparing decision making material for others, you are prestigeless and want to dig in where the there is a need here and now.
You will be asked to develop creative business opportunities as well as establishinglong term relationships with the customer to enable future growth for Unilever and the customer.
You secure the assortment, planograms, and the promotional plan.
Your daily tasks might be:
- Full ownership of customer stock
- Evaluation of growth driven activities such as promotions and new product launches.
- Prepare analysis and calculations ahead of important decisions
- Give input to the important promo planning tool to secure right price and volume
- Develop creative sales solutions and growth opportunities together with our customers
- Establish and build long term customer relationships
In this role, you will have the opportunity to really learn the handcraft of being a KAM from scratch, as we want you to grow into a more senior KAM in a couple of years.
What does it take to succeed in the role?
We are looking for an analytical and driven Key Account Manager that will be part of developing our business with existing key customers within the Swedish Retail Market (DVH), Value channel and eCom.
As a Key Account Manager at Unilever, we expect you to have a genuine passion for business and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment with a high pace.
As a person you are prestige less and enjoy working in a team. You cooperate easily with different stakeholders inside and outside Unilever.You are a self starter and work independently with full ownership. You are good at socializing, have excellent communication skills and dare to challenge the business by bringing forward your ideas and proposals for improvements.

You strive to turn challenges into opportunities, and you constantly explore new ways to grow our business as well as growing yourself.
In addition, we hope you have:
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
Good skills of Microsoft Office (excel)
University degree or similar in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Supply Chain
