Ice Cream Project Engineer

Requirement:
Magnum ICC Simcoe has a requirement of Project Engineer / On-Site Engineer for packaging equipment / efficiency improvement projects on the existing ice-cream plant.

Successful candidate will report directly to the Magnum ICC Site Engineering Manager for the following:
• Project execution at factories.
• To check feasibility of each capex proposals. Understand the scope and work out rough cost estimates as per Magnum guidelines.
• Develop layouts, options considering constrains of the factory and evaluate each of the option.
• Refer Core Designs developed and develop the concept/scheme using standardized modules and equipment.
• Preparing final cost estimates and preparing business case.
• Prepare Project Procurement Plan (PPP), forecasting templates for capex spending and assess sustainability impact along with compliance to statutory and safety requirement for each proposal.
• Once proposal is approved lead technicians & contractors to execute the proposals
• Prepare execution Network with the help of Factory Team
• Carry out execution of the proposal by keeping track on procurement, Capex Vs Budgets
• Ensure safe execution keeping Magnum ICC Safety Standards and meeting quality of execution
Assumptions:
• Project Engineer shall carry out the Coordination activities as per the advice from Magnum ICC Project Manager (PM).
• Magnum ICC shall arrange for safety training /courses, if required, for the Project Engineer working on site.
• Project Engineer shall adhere to Magnum ICC working schedule.
