WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• ​​Build & improve analytics tools that will deliver global data driven insights to markets.

• Provide ongoing analysis on CX (customer experience) agenda covering metrics such as contactable, engagement frequency, reach, T10 penetration, MQL, SQL and lead conversion.

• Own CX OKR measurement, monitoring and improvement globally.

• Work with direct access to UFS global data lake and drive data quality metrics and insights working closely with the Professional Sales Team (UniOPs)

• Improve data coverage and ingestion pipelines to UFS Data Lake to make global analytics more impactful and easier to deploy.

• Act as an expert on UFS profile, transactional data, advising cross functional teams on effectively implementing data driven solutions.

• Act as first point of contact for global CX Dashboards to country business excellence teams.

• Drive the execution of digital transformation projects (adoption of new tools, onboarding to new systems), collaborating with cross functional teams to innovate and deliver technical solutions.

THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR

• ​​Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.

• Strong understanding of UFS Data and analytics environment; SSD, Data Lake and Digital behavior.

• Min 3 – 5 Years of experience in a data analytics role

• Comprehensive experience in Azure Databricks, Python and Power BI.

• Competence in managing Data platforms and technology infrastructures.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong understanding of the business model, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
