JOB PURPOSE:

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Conduct analysis using analytical tools, and be comfortable analyzing a range of business, media and creative data.

  • Provide quantitative analysis and insight to inform business strategy, marketing and brand strategies, digital marketing content and strategy and communications.

  • Synthesising data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for internal stakeholders

  • Able to communicate the key findings and insight to senior stakeholders and peers both conversationally and in formal presentation style

  • Build and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders using Power BI, Excel, Databricks

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Data-Driven decision-making – You are the master in analytical skills with strong business acumen: a passion for data & measurement, the ability to think critically, analyse data and make decisions accordingly.

  • Entrepreneurial - You are a self-starter and can manage outsourced teams, inquisitive, curious, see a challenge in complex projects, and do not give up before all possibilities are explored.

  • Strong communicator – You have strong communication and presentation skills (written, and verbal) up to senior stakeholders, internally and externally.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration – work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, media, DMC, CMI, sales and other analytical functions to integrate insights into business strategies

  • Relevant knowledge about media landscape will be plus

THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR

  • 2+ years working experience in areas like media analytics, MMM, financial performance reporting, market research, brand research.

  • A quantitative MSc degree

  • Experience with an understanding of modelling is a plus

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power BI) and plus Python / R.

  • Proficient communicating in English
