What can you expect from the role? • Become a part of a high-energy team of CARE, blending in a highly fast-paced environment. • Gain a holistic visibility of the Distributive Trade especially at LMT and MTKA channel. • Build expertise in execution and operational excellence. • Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external. Main responsibility is to drive perfect score in both LMT and MTKA account through: • Translating the brand message, category plan, and channel strategy though high-quality consumer experience on ground. • Implementing LMT & MTKA promotion initiatives and space optimization in outlets to speed up the speed to shelf in store, stock assortment and availability. • Ensuring the implementation of initiatives translated to execution by internal team and BP team. • Having good negotiation skills to ensure the speed to shelf target are achieve, the NPD are distributed OTIF, and ensuring stock availability and perfect execution in store (ordering, NPD, shopper insight). • Optimizing the investment as well as reduce cost through excellent executions in the right store. • Developing field force community to become future fit and spotting any opportunities which are suitable with the current needs (e.g. social commerce).
