Job Responsibilities

P&L Management

  • Topline sales delivery of the brand, gross margin improvement projects, and brand & marketing investments management to deliver bottomline profits.

  • Lead their part of the business in the Annual Business Plan and Monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities.

Brand Marketing Plan (Design & Deploy)

  • Flavor/Pack Innovation/ Renovations

  • Campaign development and deployment

Key Success Metrics

Financial Metrics: Underlying Sales Growth (USG) and Underlying Operating Margin (UOM)

Brand Power Growth

Innovation Delivery to Business Cases

Key Interfaces

Internal Cross-Functional Project Team (including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Business Development, Media, Consumer & Market Insight, Customer Strategy & Planning)

Internal Regional Brand Teams

Creative, Media, and PR/Influencer Agencies

Key Skills/ Experience Required

Minimum 5years experience in Brand Management or Customer Business Development

Consumer and Customer Understanding

Project Management and Problem Solving

Good with Numbers (Sales Analytics, Business Cases, etc.)

Communication & Presentation Skills

Leading Teams and Managing Stakeholders

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
