Job Purpose:

The Value Creation Demand Senior Assistant Manager plays a crucial role as a finance business partner for commercial functions, including sales, marketing, and other related areas. This position is pivotal in driving financial performance and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. If you are passionate about financial planning and driving business performance, detail-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of distribution, retailer, and industry data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on business conditions, performance metrics, and forecasts.
• Optimization: Develop and implement actions to optimize channel, customer, and brand performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams to support business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Data Management: Maintain and update financial performance data and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 yrs or more experience in financial planning and driving business performance or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CPA and CMA are a plus

Key Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial analysis tools and technology, including but not limited to SAP and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working through all the numbers
• Good Work Ethic: Proactive; able to work independently and show willingness and effort to learn and get things done within agreed timelines
