ResponsibilitiesarecarriedoutinstrictadherencetotheagreedservicecatalogandSLAs,under thedirectsupervisionoftheteamleader. Thenthisroleisjustforyou!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

AsaPeopleOperationsSpecialist,yourroleinvolvesmanagingvariousaspectsofanemployee’s journeywithintheorganization.Herearethekeyresponsibilities:

ServiceManagement:

  • ActivelyoverseeandresolveHR-relatedtickets,prioritizingefficientandaccurateservice delivery

  • Validateproperapprovals

  • Verifydocumentsversusrequest

  • Ensurenobreachtickets

  • Follow up on suspended tickets

  • EnsurehighCSAT

  • Resolveticketswithproperqualitystandards

  • manageincidentescalations

  • EnsureITsupporttickets

EmployeeRecordsManagement:

  • Maintainandupdateemployeerecordsthroughouttheemployeelifecyclewhileresolving system issues with relevant stakeholders

  • Conductmonthlyvalidationsbeforemonthlyclosing,ensuringdataqualityacrosslinked systems.toensurecorrectreflectionandpreventerroneouspayments

  • ReturntoWorkCoordinationbyensuringtheactualreturntoworkdateissetforthefirst working day following the leave period

  • Fillandvalidatemassuploadtemplateswithnecessaryemployeedetailsformassdata requests

Bonus Plan Administration:

  • MaintainprecisebonusplansfortheAnnualPayReview(APR)process.

  • CollaboratewithfinanceandHRteamstoensurealignment.

ReportingandAudits:

  • Generatereportsforstakeholdersbasedontheirrequirements.

  • SupportinternalandexternalauditsbyprovidingHRsystemdata.

StakeholderInteraction:

  • EngagewithseniorstakeholderstoaddressHR-relatedmatters.

  • Notifyrelevantstakeholderswitheachmonth’smovesCchanges

  • Fosterpositiverelationshipsandeffectivecommunication.

Process Simplification and Data Accuracy:

  • Buildandshareknowledgeofareaofexpertisebycontinuouslykeepinguptodatewith internal and external updates and changes

  • DriveprocesssimplificationwithinHRoperations.

  • Promotedata-baseddecision-makingbyensuringaccurateHRdatamanagement.

Document Handling and Compliance:

  • ManagetheJMLprocess,includingcreatingcontracts,promotions,andsalaryincrease letters.

  • Securelyhandledocumentationandcomplywithdatasecurity(GDPR)requirements.

GlobalMobilitySupport:

  • ValidatevisaandRighttoWork(RTW)documentsduringglobalemployeemoves.

Accuracy and Compliance Audits:

  • ConductregularauditstomaintaindataaccuracyandcompliancewithintheHRteam.

VendorManagement:

  • Onboardvendorstocomplywithpoliciesandprocedures.

  • Reactivatevendorsaccountstoensuretimelyprocessing

  • CreatePurchaseOrdersfor3rdpartyservicesCaccepttriggersforreceivinggoodsand services.

  • InitiateUrgentCone-timepaymentstofulfilanyPurchaseOrder’sneed.
