GENERAL DESCRIPTION – MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is a unique chance to be part of a step change in our profitable growth by creating tangible, sustainable demand for our products from targeted foodservice operators.
We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented individual to play a key role in our Sales and Marketing activities. You will work broadly across customer administration, system management, invoices handling, and reporting, acting as a vital link between internal teams and external partners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Rebates & Accruals
• Create, modify, and book accruals
• Manage invoice-related discounts
• Update TMI files and accruals files for the organization
Pricing & Returns
• Handle price adjustments and price claims
• Administer returns and claims
• Update List prices
Product & Webshop Administration
• Add new products to external platforms and our webshop/home page
• Maintain and update existing product data
• Manage product inquiries via the webshop
• Collect and prepare to product launch overview
• Communicate product changes internal/externally
Order & Purchase Management (PO)
• Create and modify purchase orders
• Perform Goods Receipt (GR)
• Handle Invoices/PO and urgent payments
Customer Management
• Create and update customer profiles
• Handle new customer inquiries
• Support with webshop/website errors
• Respond to webshop-related questions
Reporting & Analysis
• Global ICA reporting
• Price Control: update master files and review mis-matching prices on orders
• ESRA ad hoc tasks and Power BI reports (sales, tenders)
• Monitor TMI releases and backorder notifications
Environmental & Compliance Tasks
• Manage Short Shelf Life products and Business Waste-related matters

Gross Profit
Rebates accruals booked/modified timely
Number of price claims processed
Number of product launches set up for sales
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) after support interactions

REQUIREMENTS FOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience in administrative roles within customer service, accounting, marketing, purchasing, or supply chain
Strong system skills experience, preferably with SAP, Power BI, ESRA or similar tools
