WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Driving Retail transformation/upgradation in General Trade Self-services
Facilitating the upgradation of key Self-service outlets in General Trade by providing thought leadership in terms of layout planning, category adjacencies, space management & plan-o-grams deployment.
2.Winning key customers in Traditional Trade format
Work with field management in high impact customer projects, who are currently doing business in traditional format by providing customized solutions with Retail Solution expertise to make a shopper centric outlet.
3.Facilitating Retail transformation of General Trade Traditional outlets into Self-service format.
Assist field Management in Complex projects where RETSOL involvement is critical, business scope is extensive, outlet Size is large, & Change is significant.
Providing expertise RETSOL guidance and inputs in transformation, upgradation, setting up new outlets in distributive trade
Prepare layouts plans (space planning and category planning)
Differentiated specific point of purchase solutions for specific customers.
Prepare 3D designs for key customer projects – high throughput general trade.
4. Facilitate transformation in other channels/COOP/ Out of Home outlets
Continuous collaboration with COOP/Out of Home Channel Management for seamless execution of designed channel strategy with timely changes in plans with capability development in field execution teams.
Identify opportunities & potentials, subsequently craft, test & roll out different retail outlet models to sustain channel penetration and growth.
5.Capability Building & Skill Development in outlet layouts and category plans
Conducting/Facilitating training sessions-both online and offline for field execution teams about layout designing and basic 2D & 3D models using simple user-friendly software - General Trade / COOP/ OOH
6.Assist novel POP Concepts / Special key Projects
Support General Trade/Modern Trade merchandising managers by designing customized scientific POP retail solutions for key customers
Providing layout designs for Modern Trade Customers on their individual customer specific projects.
7.Support Perfect Stores execution
Observe and gather Shopper Insights on assigned Shopper research. (Eye tracking / Surveys etc;)
Assist in Perfect Plano deployment in all channels and in all customers by closely working in the field / Modern Trade/General Trade Merchandising managers, on Perfect store cascading and deployment.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate in Sales & Marketing/ Business Management or possess a relevant professional qualification such as CIM, SLIM with a passion for a career in Sales.
Candidate must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
Be a good team player and demonstrate commitment to the organization and the team members.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader.
Experience in retail trade visibility related function such as field sales/Retail display management and proficiency in designing software and applications will be an added advantage.
