Background and Purpose of the Role

Shift: 12 hour day shift; 2/2/3 schedule
Hours: 6am - 6:15pm
Rate of Pay: $26.29
What You’ll Do:
- Actively support the Plant’s WCM initiative by completing all scheduled training and assigned WCM responsibilities, including all training related to the eight pillars of WCM, as applicable
- Measures or weighs ingredients needed for product batches and places in manufacturing equipment.
- Cleans and sanitizes equipment at proper times and maintains cleaning and sanitization logs.
- Operates manufacturing equipment: mixers, scales, meters, hoists, etc.
- Adjusts manufacturing equipment controls for proper speeds and temperatures.
- Maintains accurate batch records required for various processes.
- All other duties as assigned
- Complies with food safety, quality procedures, and batch record paperwork
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Must have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Able to perform primary calculations necessary to record productivity and complete all measurements in assigned areas.
- Effective computer skills (PC programs, SAP, plant scheduling system, Rockwell system, etc.)
