JOB PURPOSE
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics and insights within a dynamic, purpose-driven business unit. As an HR Insights & Analytics Intern, you will support data accuracy, reporting, and talent-related initiatives across the region. You’ll work closely with HRBPs and cross-functional teams, contributing to meaningful projects that shape our people strategy.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
• Support monthly tracking and reporting of People Costs in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
• Help consolidate and clean HR data to support organizational effectiveness.
• Contribute to the preparation of dashboards and reports for key HR metrics.
• Participate in talent-related projects such as capability mapping and engagement initiatives.
• Support the development of tools and processes to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Provide assistance on ad hoc HR projects across the Home Care Europe cluster.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• Able to work minimum 3 days a week
• Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights from data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Fluency in French (written and verbal) is plus
• Learning agility and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR, data analysis, or business support is a plus
