Job Purpose:
As part of our new Ice Cream organisation, the Global Talent - Assistant Manager will be a key member of the Global TLO team. This team defines, designs, and builds the capabilities, culture, interventions, and frameworks that drive business growth and provide the world-class expertise we need to leverage to make our new company more competitive.
The Global Talent - Assistant Manager role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering integrated talent management strategies that support our business growth ambitions. They will support the design and implementation of global talent strategies, including career and internal mobility frameworks, identification and development of key talent and critical roles, and translating our company culture into talent systems and processes. This role will also be responsible for designing and managing technology solutions regarding Talent (e.g., Workday) and leveraging talent data and insights to inform decisions and drive progress on our diversity and inclusion ambitions.
This role will report into the Global Talent Lead and collaborate closely with market TLO partners, HRBPs, and global teams to ensure our talent frameworks are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and front-line relevant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and deployment of global talent strategies aligned with business growth priorities.
- Drive the implementation of integrated talent management practices across the organisation, ensuring alignment with local needs through collaboration with market TLO partners and HRBPs.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of career frameworks and internal mobility strategies that enable growth and development for our people.
- Support the identification and development of key talent and critical roles, ensuring robust succession and development plans are in place.
- Translate our company culture into talent systems and processes that reinforce desired behaviours and mindsets.
- Partner with teams responsible for performance management and leadership development to ensure alignment and integration from a talent perspective.
- Design, manage and optimise talent technologies (e.g., Workday), ensuring data integrity and user experience.
- Generate and analyse talent data and insights to inform decision-making, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support our diversity, equity, and inclusion ambitions by embedding inclusive practices into talent processes and frameworks.
- Contribute to global talent projects and initiatives, bringing a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.

Experiences We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to talent management, organisational development, or related areas.
- Proven track record of supporting or leading talent management activities in a regional or global capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation is preferred.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
