JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Recording invoice details in the organization’s financial system, and daily claim system pool control
  • Proactively addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to invoices to maintain financial accuracy
  • Informing related departments about erroneous invoices proactively
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the invoice booking process
  • Guarantee local and export invoices registration, recording reversals, and previous period Invoices
  • Ensuring invoices adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and any contractual obligations
  • KEP return invoices registration, recording reversals, customer balance transfers and return provisions, OTV corrections
  • Supporting the customers for their document requests
  • Being a business partner for all internal and external stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in English is a plus & Turkish is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • The ability to work independently and as a part of a team

  • The ability to meticulously review and accurately record invoice details, ensuring precision in financial transactions
  • Capacity to analyse invoices, cross-reference with supporting documents, and identify discrepancies for resolution
  • Proactive identification and resolution of issues related to invoices, demonstrating problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial transactions and sensitive information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and vendors, to facilitate smooth invoice processing
  • Strong analytical skills including ability to understand & explain complex processes, establish plans and to manage multiple assignments
  • Agile delivery with positive attitude
