JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Managing, tracking, analyzing and reporting Purchase to Pay KPIs.
- First point of contact for global teams' inquiries on KPI reporting and analysis.
- Monitoring PTP performance and finding out the improvement areas, implementing the changes.
- Supervising PTP team on performance management related areas and monitoring related actions.
- Responsible for simplification and digitalization; identifying and leading initiatives to optimize accounts payable process.
- Preparing on time in full reports and presentations with deep dive analysis on performance trends, taking related actions and following up.
- Ensure compliance with Unilever’s policies, internal controls, and accounting standards to minimize risk and prevent errors or fraud.
- Acting as first contact for internal and external audit teams, providing required information and data.
- Responsible for the projects carried out by PTP
- Contributing to the goals of the team, level of success and performance, determining the training and development needs.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of finance experience, with strong exposure to accounts payable processes and controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team with a collaborative and responsible mindset.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. (CPA certification is a plus.)
