This role will be responsible for delivering the digital marketing performance for Beauty & Wellbeing VN. Your focus will be to support performance marketing programs with a focus on search and ecommerce. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a growth mindset, and is capable of driving change in a large organization. This person has a deep passion and intermediate background of both Ecommerce and digital marketing, including on-site search, Tiktokshop ads, and analytics. Flexibility and the willingness to work at both a strategic and tactical level is required.
The role will work collaboratively with E2E media lead, internal stakeholders (e.g. brand teams, e-com team), and external partners. As this is a new role for our organization, we are looking for a candidate who is able to lead by example, while providing instruction and education to other team members along the way.
Job Description:
Performance media deployment – Onsite search & Tiktokshop ads (70%):
·Under guidance of the B&W media lead, manage E-Commerce Search marketing budgets, including: copy updates, setting and tracking budget spend priorities and KPIs, measuring overall results against plan, and applying relevant beta tests on an on-going basis
·Work with agency partners and internal teams to develop and execute optimized brand content for owned E-commerce and retail partners.
·Work with agency partners and internal teams to execute onsite advertising campaigns
·Monitor and analyze performance against traffic, GMV, ROAS, onsite visibility and share of voice; continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
·Work with the Media Lead and stakeholders to identify new optimization tests and growth opportunities
Reporting (20%):
·Present findings to stakeholders to create an atmosphere of transparency and data-driven optimization
·Work with Media Lead to educate brand teams on the benefits of Embedding eCommerce and Search investments in all Marketing activities
Strategic planning (10%):
·Research and be a thought leader in best practice on all things E-Commerce and Search media related to driving profitable growth through digital marketing and on-site conversion optimization
Keep on top of industry best practices and provide POV on recommended actions
Job Requirements:
- Experience building a brand on E-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktokshop) and running search campaigns is required.
- 3+ years’ experience working in E-Commerce and search engine marketing
- CPG, Online Retail, Grocery, or Performance driven digital experience preferred Intune with digital and E-Commerce trends
- Strong ability to build solid relationships, both internal and external
- Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills
