Job Title: eKey Account Lead – Personal Care Vietnam Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Function: Customer Development Reports to: Personal Care Vietnam CSP & MT Lead Role Purpose Lead and accelerate Unilever Vietnam’s Personal Care business growth on key eCommerce and social commerce platforms, with a focus on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and emerging digital channels. Drive joint business planning, digital activation, and innovative commerce strategies to win in the fast-evolving online landscape. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Channel Strategy • Own the P&L for Personal Care eKey Accounts (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tiki, etc.). • Develop and execute annual joint business plans with platform partners, integrating both eCommerce and social commerce objectives. • Identify and leverage new growth opportunities in social commerce (e.g., livestreaming, KOL/creator collaborations, affiliate programs). • Build strong, strategic relationships with platform account managers, social commerce teams, and digital agencies. • Lead the development and execution of market development plans for new and existing digital channels. 2. Digital Activation & Social Commerce • Design and implement innovative campaigns tailored for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms (e.g., hashtag challenges, viral content, in-app engagement). • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create platform-native content (short videos, livestreams, influencer content) that drives conversion and brand love. • Monitor and optimize performance marketing investments (paid search, display, affiliate, KOLs) to maximize ROI. • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and new commerce features. 3. Business Performance & Negotiation • Negotiate trade terms, funding, and digital activations with platform partners in line with Unilever’s strategy. • Track and analyze sales, share, and campaign performance; generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Manage and optimize customer investments and promotional budgets. 4. Cross-Functional Leadership • Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver seamless execution. • Lead and develop a high-performing eKey Account team with a digital-first, entrepreneurial mindset. • Champion a test-and-learn culture, piloting new social commerce initiatives and scaling successful models. Key Skills & Experience • Digital Commerce Expertise: Proven experience in eCommerce, social commerce, or digital marketing, ideally with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms. • Strategic Account Management: Strong negotiation, business planning, and relationship management skills. • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive performance. • Content & Campaign Savvy: Experience with digital content creation, influencer/KOL management, and social media activation. • Agility & Innovation: Comfortable with rapid change, experimentation, and ambiguity in a fast-paced digital environment. • Leadership: Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field. • 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or key account management (FMCG experience preferred). • Strong understanding of Vietnam’s digital and social commerce landscape. • Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English.
