JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. As Talent Manager you will partner with business leaders to understand and find solutions for our talent needs, by acting proactively through resource planning and people foruns you will drive the plan of strategic recruitment. Your role will also include advising on recruitment practices, managing recruitment for senior positions, and leading the Talent Partner team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will be running the Talent Acquisition agenda, by collaborating with the TA Hubs, being responsible to translate to them the Markets needs and ensuring we have created one team culture.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Define and implement regional recruitment strategies in alignment with the Global Recruitment Strategy and ED&I targets.
• Identify talent pooling priorities and drive proactive sourcing and pipelining efforts to build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Support workforce planning by acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders—developing a deep understanding of organizational structure, strategic priorities, and business challenges to identify short- and long-term workforce needs, including the critical skills required for future success
• Lead WL1+ (High Partnering) and WL2+ recruitment processes in partnership with RS-Sourcers, conducting interviews, supporting Hiring Managers' decisions, and ensuring offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with the HUB team to deliver top-tier talent acquisition, promoting a unified One Team Culture between the Market and HUB.
• Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, and assist in coordinating recruitment efforts.
• Optimize recruitment processes by ensuring global process adoption, addressing local challenges, and championing diversity.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify critical roles and future talent needs based on workforce planning insights
• Deep understanding of the GCC countries and talent landscape, with a strong grasp of regional hiring trends, cultural nuances, and labor market dynamics.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Emiratization, including a successful track record of hiring high-caliber Emirati talent through the right local channels and networks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends (e.g., speed to talent, time to offer, source effectiveness) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Proficient in using talent analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with talent acquisition digital tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making
