WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Own the top line delivery across business groups and channels by collaborating with CSP and country operations teams to create and execute sales plans to meet country-specific targets and objectives.
Lead the JBPs and customer growth strategies (planning and execution).
Manage key external stakeholders (distributor, customers, associations, government authorities).
Collaborate with BU GM’s and leaders across functions to deliver quality growth.
Partner with CD Capability lead to identify and rollout country specific capability building plan including distributor upskilling plans
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Possess 8 -10 years of experience and track record of managing and wining in different channels; making trade-offs to drive growth and market share. Demonstrates deep business acumen, strong commercial strategy execution and understand of P&L.
Understands how decisions are made across a BG’s and the different levels of information and levers required. Having an understanding outside of pure negotiation with customers, drives an understanding of the end-to-end operation from developing product innovation, creating the brand to shipping the product to the retailer.
Skills and Leadership
Ability to manage strategic customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and drive for joint sustainable performance with customers.
Ability to manage a diverse team and deliver results though the internal and external ecosystem; demonstrates both strategic and operational delivery. Create a performance culture through passion for category growth and motivates others to deliver at speed.
Ability to create energy and galvanise a team to deliver as one team.
Ability to lead and drive business results through data and insights, working with customers to drive for long-term growth. Experience as a KAM in turning insights into digital marketing campaigns to drive profitable growth.
Be the voice of the field, a sounding buddy with KOQB leadership/CDLT & strong collaboration with BGs.
Doing right, upholding the values of the company and good ethical work across the organization
Demonstrate shopper centricity by ensuring negotiations with the retailer include category growth. Shows relentless consumer and shopper obsession and works innovatively for the consumer.
Lead through deep commercial P&L understanding, developing strategy and understanding which levers will unlock growth.
