JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Attracts Operators (UFS consumers) by creating and delivering valuable content and experiences tailored to them. Forms connections that our Operators are looking for and solves their problems. Gains valuable insights on the end-to-end Operator experience and drives growth strategies for UFS.

  • Attracts leads and turns them into hot leads by creating valuable content and experiences tailored to them.

  • Manages a team of 5 coordinators + Intern

CHALLENGES

  • Conduct a team, identifying leadership approach within each member.

  • Be responsible and leader of the brands and the business

  • Teamworking, being able to make team members responsible for the development of the annual plan.

  • Lead UFS digital organization minset. Play as a rolemodel to other areas.

  • Stakeholder management (multifunctional teams, direct reports, leadership, sales/trade, retail).

KEY SKILLS

  • Strategic: Develop & execute content marketing strategy to drive growth & customer delight

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of sales/marketing funnels, operator lifecycle & marketing automation journeys

  • Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of operator buying journeys & filtering all business decisions through the eyes of our consumers.

  • Creative & persuasive content creation & distribution across a variety of digital channels

  • Performance measurement & analysis both online & offline

  • Project management & process management

  • A digital expert in journey design, content marketing (inbound marketing), SEO, lead generation, Lead nurturing.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced English;

  • Marketing background;

  • High Energy, Enthusiastic, Dinamic, result driven and operator focused.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Resilience is needed due to a transformational agenda

  • Speed & Agility and Data Driven are key

  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing/Media Plans are desirable

  • Analytical & Leadership skills are required
