You will be responsible for Procurement operations of the country as the Country Lead and act as the single point of contact for one procurement. The role is responsible for translating company’s strategy and country priorities into procurement strategy, managing our new procurement contractor partner and set actions to deliver outstanding business results. while developing a strong future fit procurement talent pipeline.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
University degree – technical, or financial discipline preferred
Previous experience in Procurement ( 10 years ) and Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver).
Languages: Spanish (fluent) , English (fluent)
Experience leading strategic partners and digital transformation.
Proven experience in project management and responsible for supporting SC Transformation Program
How would you create a better world?
Responsible to translate the company’s strategy and country priorities and global procurement strategy into country procurement strategy and set action plans.
Lead 5S Savings plan along with R&D supporting smart product initiatives and ensure the company gross margin agenda is delivered through Improved buying performance, Savings, NMI delivery and special initiatives.
Lead and be responsible for material forecasting process for the company by ensuring proactive and accurate input of material costs and 3PM Conversion costing.
Drive growth through superior service with material resilience and innovation delivery.
Implement global/regional procurement strategy and best practices on ground.
Implement Paas and manage contractor partnership building the bridge with Unilever
Responsible for partnership programs across supply chain and deliver growth, profitability, and sustainability agenda.
Maintain strategic relationships with current and future potential suppliers as well as service providers.
Responsible for managing cash through raw and packing material inventory management and contribute to total company glide path delivery and responsible for delivering strategic initiatives for structural inventory reduction.
Drive quality and compliance standards across local and global suppliers.
Coordinate with finance and rest of the supply chain and streamline order strategy in line with macroeconomic factors and ensure actions to drive forex management.
Responsible for generating and stimulating new idea generation with multifunctional team, portfolios and suppliers and continuous materials cost competitors benchmarking.
Support Deforestation Free, Regenerative Agriculture, Cage Free Eggs and Plastics sustainability commitments implementation for 1UL Andina.
Deep diving on material’s strategy with all portfolios to understand value chain, main suppliers, cost structure, opportunities and ensure that the knowledge is used and landed on regional business
