JOB PURPOSE:

This role exists to lead the strategic vision and execution of Savital, one of the most beloved personal care brands in the Andina region.

You will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the brand strategy across Colombia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your scope will include leading innovation launches, promotional strategies, media campaigns, budget management, and full P&L ownership.

• Lead the day-to-day brand management of Savital in Colombia, ensuring flawless execution of brand plans.
• Deploy and adapt regional strategies to the local market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute 360° brand strategies, including digital campaigns.
• Manage product innovations, from planning to in-market execution.
• Design and evaluate promotional strategies across all channels, identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness.
• Collaborate closely with creative, influencer, and media agencies to plan and execute impactful campaigns.
• Monitor brand performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing traditional channels
• Experience on digital marketing strategies
• Microsoft Office
• PBI
• Intermediate level of English
