Scope:​​Tax compliance for LATAM countries

Ubicación:Bosques (Hibrido)

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Esta posición existe para garantizar la excelencia operativa en el cumplimiento y reporte fiscal en LATAM, permitiendo que nuestro negocio prospere a través de una gestión tributaria precisa, oportuna y estratégica.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVES:

  • ​​Cálculo de IVA y Retención de Impuestos (WHT).

  • ​Coordinación con los equipos de Finanzas para la presentación del Impuesto sobre la Renta Corporativa (CIT) y Precios de Transferencia.

  • ​Cálculo de impuestos locales para el país correspondiente en LATAM.

  • ​Responsable de coordinar y dar seguimiento a las actividades relevantes de nuestro proveedor externo de servicios fiscales (3PSP).

  • ​Participación en proyectos globales relacionados con impuestos en LATAM.

  • ​Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles de GFCF.

  • ​Coordinación con el proveedor externo de servicios fiscales (Tax OSP) y los Gerentes de Impuestos de cada país para la finalización de las declaraciones fiscales.

  • ​Revisión de procesos e implementación de acciones preventivas.

  • ​Comunicación con todos los equipos de Finanzas, Impuestos y Tesorería.

  • ​Participación en proyectos de automatización y reportes digitales.

  • ​Preparación de conciliaciones de cuentas fiscales en la balanza de comprobación.​

REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES:

  • ​​Capacidad de análisis

  • ​Fuerte orientación a la mejora continua.

  • ​Responsabilidad sobre KPIs y cumplimiento de plazos

  • ​ Comunicación efectiva con equipos financieros, fiscales y externos

  • ​Coordinación con proveedores de servicios fiscales (OSP, 3PSP)

  • ​Inglés intermedio

  • ​Excel intermedio

REQUISITOS DESEABLES:

  • ​​Más de 1 año de experiencia en cumplimiento fiscal.

  • ​Gestión de proyectos fiscales y automatización

  • ​Trabajo en equipo en entornos multiculturales

  • ​TítulouniversitarioenContaduría.

  • ​Conocimientos en Power BI/PowerQuery​
