Job Purpose:
Lead the Knorr easy cooking category strategy in Mexico, driving sustainable growth, relevant innovation, and effective market execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the EC category.
Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and portfolio performance.
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
Manage category budget and profitability.
Help accelerate market development of the segment in Mexico
Required Qualifications:
Storytelling
Agile, proactive, and consumer-focused
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Background in consumer goods
Around 6 years of experience in marketing
