As Brand Coordinator for AXE and Ego, you will play a key role in shaping brand demand and desire at scale. From executing point-of-sale activations to driving digital-first campaigns, you will support the end-to-end marketing operation of one of the most iconic brands in the portfolio. This role will give you hands-on experience in brand building and the opportunity to contribute to one of Unilever’s most exciting global partnerships: the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Responsibilities
• Support the execution of brand activations during FIFA World Cup 2026.
• Deploy social-first campaigns to achieve communication objectives while optimizing key metrics.
• Manage the PR and content creator strategy, leveraging digital and culturally relevant consumer trends.
• Execute point-of-sale (POS) plans to drive awareness and conversion.
• Define and implement the e-commerce strategy across omnichannel and pure player marketplaces.
• Support the rollout of the brand innovation funnel and development of branded packs.
• Bring creative and consumer-focused solutions to generate demand and build brand desire at scale.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external agencies.
Key Skills And Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related fields.
• Proficient in English, computer skills and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, time management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment, accuracy, efficiency and accountability
• Desired previous experience in marketing roles.
• Creative, consumer focused mindset, social media native and onboard on latest digital trends.
