JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Sales Analyst Intern to support our Customer Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, client management, and commercial planning.
- Collects and centralizes data from SPR (Store Performance Review) and SOL (Store Observation List) projects, as well as from monitoring agencies; supports tracking of executional performance and market dynamics. (These are internal performance tracking programs that will be learned on the job.)
- Contributes to the development and regular updates of business analyses from a market, channel, and customer perspective, including preparation of supporting presentations.
- Provides support for CD (Customer Development) & BI (Business Intelligence) initiatives, including strategic internal exercises such as CotC (Customer on the Couch), Cut the Tail, and IBP (Integrated Business Planning). (These are internal strategic planning tools and frameworks that will be introduced during onboarding.)
- Coordinates logistics for the CD Training Curriculum, in collaboration with HR and the CD Academy, to support capability building across the Customer Development team. (This is an internal learning program designed to strengthen commercial skills.)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest in sales, account management, and commercial operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Skills
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
