WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly brand strategies based on market, competition, and channel analysis.
- Lead product launches from P&L planning to in-store execution.
- Conduct deep-dive category and brand analyses to refine strategic plans.
- Manage media and creative briefings, and oversee monthly brand and media plans.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies and positioning regularly.
- Control marketing budgets and ensure efficient monthly allocation.
Trade Category Strategy
- Translate brand objectives into channel-specific tactics in collaboration with Sales teams (NSM, KAM).
- Plan and manage trade category investments aligned with customer marketing plans.
- Support category development by understanding shopper behavior and customer needs.
Customer Marketing
- Cascade brand and category strategies to Sales and distributor teams.
- Develop and execute annual customer marketing calendars and customized offers.
- Oversee new product launches and promotional activities, including trade instructions.
- Design and manage POS materials and ensure in-store execution.
- Manage trade marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
ATL & BTL Coordination
- Brief and coordinate with local agencies for marketing activities and adaptations.
- Lead TVC and digital material localization and production.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Perform price surveys and recommend strategic responses.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Some roles may prefer or require a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands, including launching campaigns and driving brand equity.
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects, with great responsibility and accountability on deadlines and performance KPI tracking
- Ability to work both independently, but also collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong capability of data analysis (consumer, financial, market trends) and integrate the insights throughout marketing campaigns/business to drive better results.
- Capability of developing strong team relationships and collaborate with functional departments to plan integrated marketing campaigns
