Key Accountabilities:
Compliance&Data management
• Execute defined tasks to support the GA Nutrition & Health (N&H) agenda in innovations and technology roadmaps for all food categories based on external (policies, consumers, markets insights, competitors, health influencers), and internal priorities.
• Assist in coordinating N&H global strategy/policy to local/Country N&H to support compliance roadmap for total GA, planning and execution based on alignment with Country D&H, Country Lead and Marketing team as assigned. This includes leading the follow-through on a regular basis for status and completion.
• Support opportunities to leverage N&H agenda and apply best practices internally and externally from GA to country, e.g., assist in problem solving and contribute to planning for local N&H team issues raised by government and non-government bodies, as well as help monitor and identify potential future risks with local N&H.
• Collect and input data GA USNC and Positive Nutrition tracking, ensuring accuracy under supervision to global team central dashboard.
THCL D&H
• Support implementation of D&H initiatives with TPLs and Country Leads, focusing on updates to existing product design to future proof design and make it relevant for future generations for THCL projects. Ensure execution aligns with established strategy and guidance to create impactful claims.
• Assist nutritional assessment for product and recipe for THCL under direction from country D&H
• Help build N&H capability in THCL for related R&D team members by coordinating and arranging training sessions.
THCL Advocacy
• Assist and execute the advocacy agenda and build KOF/KOL network/strategy through effective and positive collaborations with THCL Nutrition Advocacy with Country RD Lead. Provide assistance PH VN as required.
• Collaborate with External Affairs & Regulatory in THCL in putting together clear communications and technical support for identified advocacy priorities.
• Regional/local D&H communication aligned plan for both “health influencers” (experts, health care professionals, NGOs, media, and customers) and “consumers activation” by
o Prepare substantiation dossier for D&H claims, local Q&As, and message for spokespeople for events/topics related to D&H agenda.
o Prepare communication materials (e.g. Q&A, consumer care line)
o Nutrition training to partners (CD/BB/RDC) for (re)launches/events using standardized materials
• Support speaking opportunities and conferences, including preparing framing presentation decks under guidance from GA N&H manager.
• Assist nutrition issue advocacy by providing portfolio insights (e.g., FOP labeling, UPF, salt/sugar tax or reformulation targets, nutrient profiling models) for THCL in close collaboration with N&H manager and Country N&H.
