Job Purpose

At Unilever Food Solutions, our purpose is to Free Chefs to love what they do.  We work with Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers to create exciting menus that are good for diners, and good for the planet.  Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned key accounts to achieve sales objectives and targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for assigned accounts.

  • Identify new business opportunities in both front-of-house (on-shelf sales) and back-of-house (ingredient sales) channels.

  • Develop product pipelines with customers, including presentations, proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation.

  • Evaluate the sales performance, trade efficiency, market situation then converts to the action plan in short-term and long-term plan.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and support business growth initiatives.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales, preferably within the Modern Trade channel.

  • Experience in FMCG business; Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred

Skill

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership capability to manage both customer and internal team expectations
