Job Title: Recruitment Specialist-Global Digital and Tech
Location: UniOps Bangalore Centre
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Recruitment Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for WL1 for the Global Digital and Tech business. The role will span from identifying potential hires to interviewing and managing offers for the candidates. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across WL1 roles for the function/BU.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate management for WL1 roles, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and offer.
Build awareness of internal and external talent landscapes within functions to develop a holistic view of talent sourcing and business needs. Provide regular updates and reports/insights on Talent Acquisition best practices and industry updates by participating actively in Talent Forums.
Partner with business leads and Talent Partners to understand local nuances and requirements
Implement continuous improvement ideas for processes and systems.
Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, and assist in coordinating recruitment efforts.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and applications to evaluate and solicit shortlisted candidates for business.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build a thorough understanding of Workday hiring processes and systems and be system savvy to ensure 100% data accuracy and process adherence.
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Operational Excellence – Strong process management skills, ensuring efficiency and consistency in hiring practices.
