Main purpose of job:
The ServiceNow Integration manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of integration projects and enhancements across the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems, driving automation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the roadmap for ServiceNow integrations and enhancements, aligning with business priorities.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, secure integration solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of integration projects, including planning, execution, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as the primary liison between business teams and technical teams for integration initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in integration delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
• Experience in managing integration projects in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
5+Years of Experienced Professionals.
Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
