We are looking for a UFSCustomer Executive(Ankara) to work within Customer Development in Unilever Food Solutions.
Your Role:
The purpose of the role is to develop and execute the customer strategy and the customer business plan as well as to drive the growth and profitability agenda within UFS Channel.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Managing and developing the relationship with Customers
- Developing, implementing and optimizing the customer strategy
- Agreeing a joint customer business plan in Modern Trade meet business objectives
- Delivering, monitoring and reviewing the plan
- Providing customer and channel understanding
- Managing the customer P&L for the respective categories
- Negotiating trade terms and trade funding
- Managing customer operations
- Working in close collaboration with the Category Managers for the category input, and with customer marketing for the banner/channel plan
- Ensuring effective use of trade spend with your customers
- Driving & monitor Perfect Store execution KPI.
- Evaluating implementation of promotional & merchandising activities
- Inputting into the S&OP process including forecasting.
- Working closely with Customer Service t o improve performance
- Monitoring Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for major categories in order to maximize opportunities in customer/region
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Development (Sales)
- Performance and growth mindset

- University Degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable and successful sales track record
- Good technical background in the product area is desirable
- Good presentation skills
- Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas
- A degree in business studies would be an advantage
- P&L – financial acumen
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- High level of resilience and problem-solving

- Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English
