- Responsável por supervisionar e coordenar as atividades da área jurídica para Compra Agora e E-Coa: garantir o cumprimento das leis e regulamentos aplicáveis às operações da empresa.
- Colaborar com as diversas áreas da empresa: fornecer orientação jurídica estratégica para apoiar as decisões de negócios.
- Coordenar desdobramento do Código de Princípios (Business Integrity): auxiliar o gerente jurídico e equipes internas quanto às previsões do Código de Princípios.
- Responsável por termas envolvendo proteção de dados pessoais: coordenar e auxiliar o gerente jurídico e equipes internas quanto às obrigações previstas na Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.
- Dar assessoria jurídica consultiva a clientes internos: elaborar pareceres preventivos, indicando riscos, soluções e alternativas de negócios.
